Owner Jason Frankel has lived in Detroit since 2012 and is focused on the urban and rural development of the city. He also owns Detroit restaurant Alley Taco.

4. Pro-Tips
You’ll mostly be up walking around and dancing all night but we recommend reserving a table in the VIP area or one of the couches to hang out with friends and enjoy the scene. In case you want something to eat, The Terrace has you covered with their own Sticks and Bones Grill which serves sliders, gourmet hot dogs, kababs, and other small bites.

7 floors up from the Downtown streets, 3Fifty Terrace features an expansive rooftop space with a granite top bar, 23 VIP booth sections, & well appointed restroom facilities with attendants. For entertainment purposes, there is a DJ & sound booth, programmable LED lighting, large projection screening capabilites, CO2 cryo jets & more.
