We're excited to introduce the launch of unique tracking links, a new feature built into TablelistPro to help maximize sales for every event. With them, all staff, hosts, concierges, and promoters will receive a unique link that can be used to directly sell tickets and tables to your venue. Whether you manage a nightlife venue or work at one, we believe TablelistPro's new unique tracking links will positively influence the way you do business.
To view these links, log onto TablelistPro on a desktop browser. Upon doing so, a dashboard will appear that contains a list of your venue's upcoming events. Select the "Promote" button for the event of your choice, and there they are ― a full list of unique links for everyone on your team.
We've made it easy for you to distribute the links, too. Either you can copy them individually, or you can download the entire list to Excel if you want to send one collective email to your staff.
For promoters, this new tool makes it easier than ever to get the word out about events or venues you're promoting. You can also use it to keep track of your own sales. Simply use the link in a tweet, Facebook post, on your Instagram bio or website, or through text message or an email blast, and you'll get credited for every single ticket and table you sell.
For venues, you'll now be able to keep track of your employees' performance each night even better than before. TablelistPro collects data from the sales of each promoter link and, from there, creates reservation and guest list reports you can use for analyzing. You may even choose to give commission, perks, or benefits to your staff based off of these numbers.
